Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

1. The Service

SubScope provides tools to help teams monitor API credentials, quotas, spend, and related governance signals across vendors you choose to connect. Features may change over time as we improve the product. Early-access or waitlist access may be limited, invite-only, or revoked.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace, including actions by users you invite. Workspace admins are responsible for managing roles and access within their tenant.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Your credentials & customer data

You retain ownership of the API keys, tokens, vault references, configuration, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant SubScope a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and secure the Service for you.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Data and to authorize SubScope to call third-party APIs on your behalf using credentials you supply.

You are solely responsible for the vendors you connect, the scopes of keys you store, and compliance with those vendors’ terms. SubScope does not control third-party services and is not liable for their availability, billing, or data practices.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party right
• Probe, scan, or attack the Service except with our prior written permission
• Attempt to access another customer’s workspace or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Use the Service to store or transmit malware or to facilitate credential abuse
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement

5. Intellectual property

SubScope and its logos, software, documentation, and branding are owned by Vyoogam Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to identify your use of the Service in good faith.

6. Beta / early access

Features labeled alpha, beta, preview, or early access are provided as-is for evaluation. They may be incomplete, change, or be discontinued, and may be subject to additional terms.

7. Fees

Paid plans, if offered, will be described at purchase or in an order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your purchases, excluding taxes based on our net income.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms, except where the information is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYOOGAM PRIVATE LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT SPEND/QUOTA FIGURES FROM THIRD-PARTY APIS ARE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYOOGAM PRIVATE LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYOOGAM PRIVATE LIMITED’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Vyoogam Private Limited against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or vendor terms.

12. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or other customers, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.
